Right now, I serve as the Service Delivery Manager at Hybrid Software Group, where my primary responsibility is organizing and ensuring the efficient, high-quality execution of implementation projects across the entire globe, from Australia and APAC to the Americas and EMEA. This experience provides me with a rare, real-time understanding of what it takes to scale technology delivery and team operations efficiently in a fast-growth, 300+ person company.
I bring executive expertise in establishing operational rigor and governance necessary for growth. I know how to harmonize agile internal development with external vendor project management, ensuring that major system implementations are delivered with maximum ROI, as demonstrated by leading a 13% EBITDA improvement in a prior turnaround.
