Bernard Chanliau

I advise founders, CEOs, and leadership teams of high-growth startups as they scale through the pressure points that matter most: leadership transition, team alignment, investor readiness, and the shift from founder-led execution to scalable company building.

I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and Founder of BC Team Coaching. Before coaching full time, I spent 15 years in international commercial leadership roles in global technology businesses, including scaling a CEE region from $0.5M to $15M and leading EMEA sales. That background allows me to work at the intersection of startup agility and commercial rigor.

For more than two decades, I have coached senior leaders across multinational corporations, founder-led ventures, and innovation ecosystems. My work is especially relevant for tech founders and startup boards navigating rapid growth, leadership complexity, cross-functional tension, and preparation for strategic partnerships or funding. I bring a systemic coaching lens that helps founders strengthen decision-making, build more coherent leadership teams, and scale without losing clarity, cohesion, or culture.

I work with startups and scale-ups in sectors such as FinTech, HealthTech, DeepTech, and B2B SaaS, and have been publicly positioned through BC Team Coaching as trusted by the European Innovation Council (EIC) ecosystem and other high-growth ventures across Europe. Startups in the EdTech/AI sector would mostly benefit from my network.
