Benoit Strauven

After an international career at Barco and the Boston Consulting Group, Benoit served as CEO of several Belgian family businesses, including Van Hoorebeke Timber Group, Matermaco Group, and Floréac. He studied at institutions such as Solvay Business School, Vlerick Business School, Darden Graduate School, and MIT.

Benoit now focuses on supporting and strengthening business leaders and their organizations: he has broad experience as a chairman, non-executive director, and board advisor. To date, he has coached more than 50 CEOs and executives, and facilitates executive teams ranging from mid-sized companies to publicly listed corporations.
