During her corporate career she spearheaded complex business transformation across the technology, transport and energy transition sectors gained during her years at Vontier, Honeywell, British Telecom and Dun & Bradstreet where she held multiple commercial, marketing and strategy senior executive roles.
A Citizen of the World speaking 7 languages, Benedicte expanded her leadership across Europe, Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific where she enabled companies to transition from a product focused to a customer lead approach.
Amongst her significant contributions to the business she has been a multiple CEO Kaizen winner untapping $500M worth of business opportunities and double digit margin improvement through strategic pricing. She also contributed as a Guest Lecturer and Mentor to MBA students in the areas of AI and its implications to business.
A Certified Advisory Board Chair, she enriched her original Masters in philosophy and linguistics with an MBA in International Corporate Planning and a Certificate in AI Applied to Business from MIT/Sloan School of Management. She is also a champion in advancing female leadership through her association with Mentor Walks or Women on Boards of Directors for instance as well as through her work with American University Dubai and Hult Ashridge Business School.
A Belgian national, she has been based in Dubai since 2008 with her husband and two daughters where she enjoys spending her time on desert trips, cycling or visiting art exhibitions.
