I bring over 15 years of end-to-end product development experience, gained through senior roles in both in-house teams as well as a design agency founder.

I’ve overseen the full journey of consumer goods – from early concept and design strategy to manufacturing, compliance and global retail launch - with significant experience dealing with Far Eastern manufacturers.

This broad, hands-on background allows me to support founders and leadership teams with a clear, practical understanding of every stage required to bring a successful physical product to market.

I find my services are best deployed with pre-revenue hardware or consumer-goods startups, helping to navigate the complex design and manufacturing journey, spending runway wisely on engineering activities. However, I also work well with established businesses looking for strategic ways to reduce production costs, improve quality or plan out roadmaps.
