As the former Chief of Staff to the CEO of a specialized consulting start-up focused on product management, I gained invaluable insights into strategic decision-making and operational excellence. In this role, I engaged daily with CEOs, Chief Product Officers, and other senior executives, collaborating closely to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
