I currently serve as a Non Executive Director on a publicly traded technology company dual listed in New Zealand and Australia with their largest customers in North America, Chair of the Technology committee, and a member of the Finace Audit and Risk Committee, and Nominating and Govenrance Committee. Recently completed an Advisory for Bain on M&A activity in the transportation technology industry, have served as an advisor to private and public companies as well as governments at all levels, previous experiences in M&A from $ 5M-$1.2B, NACD Certified Director, Patent Holder.

The companies that would most benefit from my expertise are technology or transportation companies from start up through public that need to reset their strategy and execution, or evaluate M&A, or exit, companies that need to digitize, or believe they are well positioned and ready to scale.
