I%27m founder, funder, and Chairman of LegiFix — a joint-stock technology company I built end to end, from engineering team to product to brand. I%27ve founded ventures and run independent companies: MarkaNova, a brand-and-IP studio; GalleriAS, a premium automotive business; CEO and later non-executive board member of Yapı Metal; and General Manager of ERAS Global, a global trading company where I held full P&L across lighting, ceramics, and building materials.
What I bring to an advisory seat is depth most early companies lack in two areas — brand architecture and product development, building the ownable assets others only commission — plus the practical work of turning an idea into a company. I hold a personal portfolio of 30+ trademarks and 100+ domains, so I understand IP from the inside.
I%27m selective about where I commit, and most useful to a small number of early-stage technology ventures and growing consumer and brand-led SMEs — where brand, product, and commercial structure decide whether they scale. I work across the Turkey–Europe–US axis, and I%27m a problem-solver by instinct who does his best work where the complexity is highest.
