I am an experienced and trusted board member, executive, advisor and investor who has played instrumental roles in scaling, transforming and guiding PE-sponsored, VC-backed and public companies to successful outcomes, including Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange IPOs, as well as M&A exits. I have over 20 years of leadership, strategy, business development, legal, HR, and corporate finance experience. I have served in a variety of senior executive roles at Sophos Group plc (UK), Intralinks (U.S.), and Phase Forward (U.S.), in addition to board and advisory roles in emerging tech companies in the U.S., Canada, Finland and Israel.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Simeio Solutions, an Identity & Access Management solutions provider, and the Advisory Board of LinkSquares, a fast-growing AI-driven Contract Lifecycle Management start-up where, I am also an investor.
