I help early‑stage, science‑based deep tech startups, especially in medical devices and biotech. I’ve worked hands‑on and as an advisor and topics close to my heart are concrecte execution, funding (non-dilutive & investor discussions), regulatory and IPR strategy and daily operations.

I previously founded a medtech/biotech startup where key risks materialised before the clinical phase, giving me concrete experience in what can go wrong and how to de-risk earlier. I also act as a reviewer for instruments such as the EIC Accelerator and Horizon grants and serve on the HUS Ethics Committee, so I see many projects from the funder and ethics side.

In my dayjob I work as a biotech business developer and draw on a background in operations consulting (industrial engineering and manufacturing) and neuroscience research, including a PhD on preclinical testing of immunomodulatory lipid nanoparticles and imaging technologies such as PET, MRI and CT.
