I have accumulated a fairly unique understanding of the dos and don%27ts for SaaS companies by being part of the global growth of Lyyti for over a decade now. I%27ve seen the business from the perspectives of customer service/training, new business acquisition and Key Account Management and have been involved in the strategical moves, both wins and mistakes, which have brought us from a 10-person startup to a significant player in the market. I have a very structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. In my opinion my services would be most valuable to companies in an early growth phase (let%27s say from 500 000 to 3 million turnover), who see the importance of customer success as a strategic choice. I%27m also a native German speaker, so any Finnish companies doing business in Germany would get a healthy dose of language and culture knowledge from me.
