I have a heart of an entrepreneur and a head of a business professional. I get excited when I can help companies scale a disrupt a market. I enjoy teams where motivation and potential meet experience and expertise. I find inspiration from f.ex. Jim Collins%27 book Good to Great.
I have huge respect to entrepreneurs, being an entrepreneur myself at 19y already. I believe that strategies need to be good but execution needs to be excellent. In other words business needs to be on a solid ground but it is people that make it fly. My background in finance and accounting, accompanied with legal technology, give a strong understanding for corporate governance and admin processes.
