I am an international CEO, Board Advisor and Operating Partner with more than 25 years of experience across technology, fintech, digital payments, sustainability, consumer businesses and innovation-driven environments. I have held senior leadership roles with responsibility for strategy, P&L, commercial development, operations, transformation and governance, working across multiple countries and complex stakeholder environments.

As an advisor or board member, I bring a combination of strategic judgement, operational experience and constructive challenge. I am particularly effective at helping boards and management teams clarify priorities, test strategic assumptions, strengthen accountability and translate plans into disciplined execution. My experience includes business transformation, turnaround, international expansion, go-to-market strategy, organizational development, partnerships, M&A support, investor dialogue, risk oversight and operating model improvement.

I also bring a strong perspective on digital transformation, innovation and AI governance. My work with Nedcommunity has focused on how boards should govern AI, digital transformation and innovation, including decision rights, risk oversight, capital allocation, organizational readiness, reporting and board-level KPIs. This allows me to contribute not only to technology discussions, but to the broader question of how innovation can create sustainable business value while remaining properly governed.
