I’m a biotech entrepreneur and former Fortune 50 executive with over a decade in C-level and global leadership roles across the functional ingredients, microbiome, and bioactive compounds sectors. I’ve led international teams, managed full P&L responsibility, and helped build and scale ingredient businesses operating across the US, Europe, and Asia.

My work has focused on turning complex biology into viable commercial platforms — taking probiotic and bioactive ingredients from early discovery through regulatory strategy, industrial scale-up, and global licensing agreements with multinational partners such as Nestlé and Danone.

What I bring to boards and advisory roles is the combination of deep scientific domain knowledge and real operating experience: defining go-to-market strategies for B2B ingredient platforms, navigating FDA and EFSA regulatory frameworks, structuring strategic partnerships, and helping companies translate strong science into credible, investor-ready businesses.
