I am an ex-VC and CEO of an impact fund investing in AI start-ups. I was also an activisti hedge fund manager for 10 years in London with gave me a wide view on complex M&A (deployed $1b+ in hundreds of transactions), ways to create value, interpendency of sectors, mistakes to avoid, human psychology etc. I have sat on a number of boards (start-ups, nt for profit) and twisted the arm of CAC40 board members. I am a certified board director by Sciences Po / Instititut Francais des Administrateurs and posess a very large an intertional network of GPs, LPs, bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, CEOs etc. I teach VC at Cambridge University and am a deeptech expert at a Lux family office club and a mentor at Techstars.
