Having lived and worked across Asia Pacific, EMEA, US & Oceania, I am transformational global leader and bring a unique international perspective on global leadership and cultural intelligence to lead across diverse and dispersed regions. Moreover have deep geopolitical, strategic and hands-on experience in managing and navigating through various crisis situations.

Therefore I enjoy using my experience and expertise to use these challenges as an opportunity, and use Human Capital as a strategic lever the optimal value creation potential of an organization and this through transforming board strategy into Human Capital interventions that actually work, and enable organizations to have the right Diversity and Capability to win in a changing environment.

Moreover I am passionate about paying it forward, and help organizations and people to become a better version of themselves such as progress women in business and playing my part in advancing the HR and global business community%27s ability to innovate, create value and transform in an everchanging world. 

Through advisory, mentoring or executive coaching I want to enable boards & Exec teams to thrive in this ever changing environment, and help them navigate through change, turnaround, or start-up requirements.
