I am a combination of strategic business focus, operational development and leadership /culture - with a sustainable approach.

I%27ve worked in roles such as General Manager, Operational Development Manager, Management consultant and more.
I have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to easily shift between strategic and operational perspectives and see new possibilities for growth.

My aim is always to facilitate and enable development in ways that make both companies and their people thrive. Regardless of role or title I%27ve often become a ‘go to person’ for advice, supporting leaders at all levels on how to realise plans into concrete actions moving them in the right direction.

As my experience comes from different industries and companies of all sizes - from small family businesses to large global corporations I am also used to navigating in an international environment, interacting with stake holders in different areas and of different levels of organisational maturity.

With a broader view I am used to helping management teams collaborate and align to find new - or reactivate existing - visions or values and motivating strategic plans - often on how to develop and innovate going forward.

I believe I can best support a company of small to mid size with an ambition to learn and grow, and have a clear long term view on their own contribution within their field (or/and of expanding into new ones).
As I myself have mainly worked within industries such as insurance, education/learning, and management consulting, I assume companies offering services would be a great fit. However, depending on the products, I would be very interested in also supporting organisations offering products.
