With over 25 years of international leadership experience across the mobility, automotive, and aviation sectors, I am writing to express my interest in contributing as a Board Member to [Organization Name]. My career has been defined by leading large-scale transformation projects, driving customer-centric innovation, and shaping global strategies for some of the world’s most recognized industrial and service brands.




Currently serving as Head of Customer Care and Development Europe at BYD, I am responsible for designing and executing the customer experience strategy across multiple European markets, driving digital engagement and operational excellence. Prior to this, as Chief Customer Operations Officer at ITA Airways, I built the customer operations organization from the ground up, leading over 400 people worldwide and serving on the company’s steering committee.




My earlier career spans senior leadership roles at Stellantis, FCA, Iveco, and TAG Heuer, where I successfully managed brand repositioning, customer experience transformations, and international expansion programs. This journey has given me a unique cross-sector perspective — combining industrial rigor, brand innovation, and digital transformation — which I believe adds valuable insight to any board navigating growth, governance, and stakeholder engagement challenges.




I am an Industrial Engineer by training, a graduate of the LUISS Business School Board Academy, and a certified coach with a deep commitment to leadership development and diversity in governance. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, I bring a global mindset and a collaborative, results-driven approach to the boardroom.
