C Suite leader with extensive board experience - at a large multinational (UBS AG), a medium sized European renewable energy company (Aquila Capital) and as an advisory board member of a UK non for profit organisation focused on impact investing. Currently a member of the board of directors of OPENLY AG a Swiss based social enterprise focused on climate change mitigation.

At UBS AG, while leading the sustainability program, regularly attended board meetings (Management Board and BoD) to guide the development and execution of UBS%27s sustainability strategy. UBS received industry leading rankings from external rating agencies during this time (Industry group leader (DJSI), Climate A List (CDP), AA rating (MSCI)).

As Chief Sustainability Officer of Aquila Capital, advised the management and supervisory boards to enhance the firms%27 sustainability and risk management processes as well as advance carbon accounting, reporting and transparency efforts. Received two sustainability awards from third parties as a result of this work (i.e EMEA Sustainability Reporting of the year 2023 by Environmental Finance).

While board member at OPENLY AG, mobilising capital for climate change mitigation in Infrastructure. OPENLY is innovating the European construction sector by pioneering bionic building systems that serve as carbon sinks. These buildings are economically viable, architecturally appealing, avoid significant levels of carbon emissions during construction and use innovative materials and modular building methods to capture carbon and store it beyond a buildings lifetime.
