What makes me want to support others in their roles and challenges in everyday life?
Have always had a penchant for daring to test one%27s own choices, daring to try something new. Follow my gut even when I get resistance and evolve a ton just by stepping outside my comfort zone. It is an experience I am passionate about wanting to share with others. Life is somehow too short not to discover.
After 23 years as a manager & leader, loved challenges in the form of improvement work in projects and companies, I know how an assignment can be challenging .... a long the way. I am also fully aware that our own %22self-image%22 goes up and down from day to day and sometimes even more so when the resistance is at its greatest.
The balance in life is also an influence, family & friends. My own time to create the space for own time.
I think %22what a waste - I%27m happy to share with you and be brave enough to dare the decision making%22……have endless energy and endurance for these very questions and passionate for business development where courage is put to the forefront.
