My doctoral work centers around the operational deployment of emerging technology to elevate the customer and employee experience. My understanding of the automotive, risk management, supply chain, and logistics space goes beyond my research; I have proven real-world experience in this field.

Additionally, my diverse experience within a complex organizational hierarchy steeped in tradition in the federation and higher education space did not limit my ability to innovate. Likewise, my experience in launching a new venture provides a unique perspective and skill set.
