Over the past decade, I have led the turnaround, transformation, and international scaling of a complex B2B SaaS and platform business as CEO, with full responsibility for strategy, P&L, operating model, technology, and go-to-market. This allows me, as an advisor or board member, to translate strategic ambition into executable priorities, governance, and measurable results rather than abstract recommendations.
