I bring a combination of executive leadership, financial expertise, and transformation experience gained across multiple European healthcare markets. As Managing Director DACH at Arjo, I lead three national organizations and support their development from product sales toward solution-oriented business models in a demanding healthcare environment. Earlier in my career, I held senior finance leadership roles across Continental Europe, the Nordics, France, and South Europe, including responsibility for carve-outs, legal-entity integration, due diligence, ERP implementation, and performance improvement.

For a board or advisory mandate, I offer a practical and strategic perspective: I understand governance, financial steering, market development, compliance, and the realities of leading change in complex organizations.
