In my current role as Strategic Sourcing Manager at Green Infrastructure Partners, I lead sourcing and commercial governance across a $1.5B portfolio supporting major Ontario transit and infrastructure programs, delivering $40M+ in validated savings and overseeing 300+ supplier negotiations under complex contract models.




My background spans owner-side commercial management, risk allocation, progressive design-build procurement, commodity indexing, supplier restructuring, and ESG-aligned sourcing. I have led large CAPEX and OPEX strategies across steel, construction materials, heavy equipment, subcontracting, fleet, energy, and MRO categories, combining deep technical procurement expertise with executive-level advisory capability.
