Across roles at Amazon, N26 and a MedTech scale-up, I’ve repeatedly worked at the point where companies transition from early momentum to structured scale. My focus is building the operational backbone that allows innovation and growth to actually sustain: clear priorities, scalable processes, effective project governance and strong leadership structures.

What makes me a valuable advisor is the combination of strategic thinking and operational execution. I don’t only look at strategy on paper — I have built and scaled the systems behind it. For example, I set up the Operations PMO at N26, enabling projects to be completed faster and more reliably, and helped launch and scale a new Amazon grocery business across multiple markets.
