Alina Rusu

With over 15 years of experience across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific, I have worked with organizations at various stages of their lifecycle—including sustained success, realignment, and start-up—gaining valuable cross-industry expertise in organizational transformation, innovation, learning and development strategies.

As an experienced Agile Project Manager (M&A), Learning Strategist, I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to Boardio and its clients. In my most recent Project Manager, Change and Adoption Leading role, I honed my abilities in M&A processes, Organisation transformation, Go to Market Strategies, Stakeholder management at an Executive level. My goal focused and people-centric nature have afforded me excellent foundation for success, with passion for transformation, agility, solving problems and also a process driven approach, to ensure incremental work is done and goals are achieved.

I was given the chance to extend my responsibilities and contribute as an Agile Project Manager and Change Lead to several Global and Local Projects with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) Australia for client facing and internal transformation projects, working with senior partners and executives for global business unit decoupling, digital transformation, KYC programs, encompassing culture, behaviour, technology and process shifts; as well as client facing, for implementing Agile working at DEWLP (Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in Victoria/Australia).

Previously, I have contributed as APAC Project Lead to projects foreseeing Entrepreneurial culture shift and Customer Experience Optimization with Prysmian Group, CAG Singapore, SIM and SPH Singapore amongst others. Hence. I have developed and implemented Learning and Transformation Programmes and contributed to design new processes and solutions.

I enjoy the challenge of integrating new ideas and working with the Leadership teams from Europe, to Australia, Japan to Singapore and Grater China. As a Project Leader I have worked with Senior Partners, Operations, Sales and HR Directors World Wide and conduct the change within the company through an adequate communication plan and training.

I approach my work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. When taking the challenge to change industries: from business development to management consulting, I have proven that skills and fast adaptation overtakes product knowledge. I am excited to contribute my talents, proficiency and interpersonal skills toward your team efforts.

I have been a guest speaker at leading events across Asia, including: CAG Singapore Changi Learning Festival (2018), Singapore Institute of Management – Transformation Series (2019), Executive Centre & Distrii – Customer Experience, QED – Masters of Digital (2020), and have been a volunteer for business advisory with Hello Tomorrow – a Deep tech accelerator since 2023.
