With over 25 years of senior executive leadership at Schneider Electric and Siemens — spanning multi-billion-euro P&L responsibility, global market development, and deep expertise in industrial automation and smart energy systems — I bring the strategic and operational depth that boards need to navigate complex transformation agendas. My existing governance experience as Chairman of a Supervisory Board and as an Observer Board Member, combined with a doctorate in engineering and a strong track record in M&A, JV structuring, and technology strategy, allows me to contribute as a fully effective board member from day one. I am now deliberately expanding my non-executive mandate portfolio to bring that cross-sector perspective to a board where industrial intelligence, digital transformation, and disciplined capital allocation are strategic priorities.
