I have strong experience of sitting at the board of up to 17 tech startups and scaleups, with more specific experience in Software, cloud and telecoms (which is also my operational background).
As a board member, I have seen a variety of cases, including fundraising, buy/sell side M&A, founder disputes, tech/product pivots, internationalization, rapid growth, decline, Org design and C-suite remodeling, etc.)
