I have been part of the Latam tech ecosystem for more than 10 years, working as iFood%27s chief strategist, an entrepreneur in residence at Kaszek Ventures and as a partner for Global Founders Capital. In these roles, I have experienced, directly and indirectly, the pains that fast growing companies suffer: how to allocate resources, how to create a moat/ defensibility, how much capital to burn and when to fundraise, how to design the best organization and the right incentives for people to shine, and how to navigate all these complexities as the CEO, with myself being the go-to-person for the region%27s most successful tech founders. I have been a board member of early-stage to Series C companies and am passionate about strategy, product and leadership/ people development.
