As a CTO/CPTO I’ve rebuilt legacy systems into cloud-native SaaS, unified 100-person cross-border R&D teams and delivered profit-positive transformations—most recently accelerating a new ERP launch by two years while adding €1 million in annual revenue and €0.8 million in profit, all funded from cashflow.
