joined Go-Bus Transportation, as CEO Personal Assistant/Project Manager. I was trusted enough with the responsibility of working with the CEO in the company restructuring project for the transforming the company to a multinational organization.
The reason behind this trust came from my experience working at Qatar Foundation, with Qatar Biobank Managing Director as Business Support Specialist/Project Manager. Such position strengthened my strategic and change management skills as I worked towards the fulfillment of the short/long terms strategic objectives and directions of Qatar Foundation. With 20 years of professional full-time experience, an extensive know-how was gained in administration management with its diverse divisions of HR, Procurement, Budgeting, Finance, PR and Marketing while alleviated my expertise with Microsoft office applications, Oracle ERP and Hyperion. This experience granted me hands-on project/s management, formation of policies and procedures, process improvement through assessing the AS-IS to reaching the TO-BE requisite.
