I bring a mix of board-level leadership, investor experience, and hands-on operational know-how. I currently serve as Chairman of the Board at Styledoubler, where I helped lead a successful turnaround, raised a $5M Series C, and hired a new executive team. Before that, I spent 8 years at Orange Capital Partners, where I deployed €1.2B into residential real estate across Northern Europe and launched the Finnish office from scratch — scaling it to €700M AUM and an 8-person team.

I’ve built operations from the ground up twice — first with OCP and later with Mindshift Ventures, an early-stage syndicate I founded that has screened 200+ startups and invested over €2.5M into tech companies. This gives me a practical, cross-functional perspective that spans investing, company building, and governance.

I’m especially valuable to companies navigating international growth, fundraising, or operational scaling. With hands-on experience in Southeast Asia, the Nordics, and the Netherlands, I know what it takes to guide teams through complex, cross-border environments — and to balance strategic ambition with execution.
