I am an MBA educated and well-rounded management professional with a proven background in Human Resources and Project Management. Since 2018 as Human Resources Director I am part of the Managing Board of a Global BPO stock listed company in Germany and accountable for over 4.500 employees in Germany, Croatia, Maceodnia, Bosnia and Kosovo.
I am strong in HR process optimization, shared services, digital transformation of the workforce and sustainable performance improvement. My experience is focused on services across a number of industries. My focus is on German speaking market for Customer experience services and I have been working on different HR projects in several countries in Western Balkans.
Passion, curiosity and diligence are three traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. I am detailed-oriented with get-it-done, on-time and high-quality service spirit. I have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
