I am currently Chief Executive Officer working for Vayunam Consulting, a Board Advisor to start-ups, and a Certified Independent Director.

I have worked with company-wide Digital Transformation Projects, Large Program Execution Projects, Audit Committees, governance for large multi-year contracts & solving contentious issues around them, and cost take-out programs to improve the profitability of businesses.

I have expertise in Digital, Technology, and IT, specializing in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Edge Computing.

I can advise, coach, and shape strategic agendas and rally teams, having worked for over 34 years in various roles, including three different P&L roles across three Fortune 500 companies. Two were USD 500 m divisions in B2B companies and have run businesses across 19 countries across two continents, Asia and Africa.

Have run large teams of over 3000 FTEs and 1000+ sub-contractors across multiple continents. I have also set up the consulting business for a large consulting company in India%27s Communications, Media, and Technology industry and supported clients across Africa, the Middle East, and APAC.

My experience spans a variety of roles in business growth, including start-up roles, consulting, transformation, digitization, business development, sales, strategy, cost optimization, operations, service delivery, P&L management, and governance.

I have worked on divestitures, strategy, organization development, supplier chain /vendor /partner management, software/ telecom product development, and complex technology.

This experience is across - listed multinationals – Ericsson, IBM, and Accenture; Government R&D C-DoT, and private companies – NIIT, Escotel (Escorts Group), Aircel (Maxis Group),

I hold an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College (now NIT), Rourkela. I am pursuing a DBA (doctorate) from the Swiss School of Business Management, Geneva
