About
I bring a rare dual perspective to the table: the lived experience of building and scaling a digital company from scratch, and the policy-level insight of someone who has spent years shaping a national conversation on innovation and growth.
As the founder of Delvinia, I learned how to grow a tech-enabled business through self-financing, strategic partnerships, and by turning government programs into a form of venture capital without giving up control. That experience became the foundation for my later work advising governments, universities, and CEOs on how to build ecosystems that truly support scale-ups.
What makes me an effective advisor is my systems view: I understand how markets, institutions, and entrepreneurs actually intersect. I know where the disconnects lie between innovation rhetoric and real-world growth and I’ve spent my career bridging them.
The companies that benefit most from my involvement are growth-stage, technology-enabled firms, especially those in data, research, or platform sectors seeking to:
Transition from founder-led growth to scalable structure
Navigate financing, IP strategy, or government relations with strategic leverage
Balance innovation with governance and long-term purpose
At the board level, I’m focused on helping organizations stay grounded in execution while positioning for global relevance. I’m not interested in optics, I’m interested in impact, resilience, and building something that lasts.
