A Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) and an IICA Empaneled Independent Director was previously in Technology Consulting for a Decade. Prior to which had different stints in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Business Operations & Project Management for another Seven years having worked across multiple Industries including IT Services, Consumer Durables, Industrial Appliances, Telecom & Power Infrastructure. 

My insights can add strategic value to your Board and Leadership team as it has to navigate the evolving landscape of digital innovation including AI integration and an ERP enabled growth. Also I bring in a positive contribution through my diversified experience in multiple industries and of having worked across various business functionalities. My Unique blend of experience of understanding various businesses and subsequent experiences of Business to IT mapping puts me in a position to get a holistic view of both business and IT needs over those who have only Business and IT experience.

My professional role involved problem identification, growth consulting, problem solving, root cause analysis, people management, client servicing among others and also included presenting ideas and solutions to Directors/CXO%27s, Senior Government officials as well as senior leadership both external and internal.

I had started my career at the grass roots level and having been in Consumer, Channel and B2B sales and end to end supply chain management, tracking transit vehicle, ensuring timely dispatches and delivery and even had to do loading and unloading of material when required and during my Tenure in Turnkey EPC Projects I had to personally visited to extreme rural areas with many of them inaccessible due to absence of motorable roads. During that period, I was heading the total process flow right from survey to Final Invoicing of the whole Project. I also had the opportunity to lead the Product launch in the region, successful completion of electrification of villages in a couple of districts among others. During my career in SAP, I have been able to optimize processes for a country wide business, implement new tax regimes and regulations, improve Business processes thereby saving time and manpower and have been able to automate redundancy and repetitive activities. Additionally, I have also been part of critical decision making like Data Center Migration and amalgamation of critical processes during a Merger & Acquisition scenario of my client.

Throughout my career, I have led and advised on a wide range of initiatives. My background which combines both technical acumen and a deep understanding of business alignment allows me to contribute meaningfully to board-level discussions and decision-making.
