I’m most useful as an advisor or board member when companies are at a turning point such as scaling, entering new markets or needing to clarify their long-term direction. I bring an international perspective with experience across Europe and MENA region and I’m used to working at the intersection of strategy, institutions, and innovation.

I’m not a frameworks-only advisor.. I tend to ask the hard questions, help founders step back from day today pressure, and think through decisions that have real structural impact. The companies I believe that benefit most from my profile are startups with international ambitions, impact or education components, or a need to engage with public actors and complex ecosystems.
