Tiina Mellas

I am a professional generalist in leadership and management, HR, IT and process and project management. My almost 30 years%27 career cover both private and public organisations, smaller and bigger ones, listed and not-listed companies, purely Finnish and international ones. Working in the organisations of purely white collars, but also in the organisation of mainly blue collars has given me a wide perspective of different kind of organisation behavior. Every organisation during my working career has been in the middle of change, either building conditions for the growth or redundancies and cost savings.
