international businesses. I have been in charge of running and starting subsidiaries for several international companies within different business areas like ICT, technology, alternative energy, machinery, and services.

20+ years of managerial experience in different international companies has taught me a lot. I have a track record of being a good leader, coach and motivator of my organization in meeting challenges and in achieving results and profits within a short period of time. I have succeeded in creating a positive atmosphere within the groups of people working with me. This has been the fundamental factor for my success. Hard competition and rapid changes in the markets have been a demanding environment regarding my management skills. I value people working for me and consider good people be the greatest asset of any company. One key aspect of my management philosophy has allways been the shareholder value.

I have succesfully created, developed and cultivated the partner, distribution and endcustomer strategy for all the companies I have worked for. Mutual trust is a vital element in successful partnerships. I´ve been able to create and maintain that trust.
