I have specialised in two areas.

Firstly: Making transformations start and happen in companies. Almost every company should extend their thinking beyond the current core business. When will our core turn unprofitable? Are we in anyway prepared for it? How do we prepare for it? I have a proven methodology by which companies can evaluate their transformation needs and capabilities and by which a path to the future can be build.

Secondly: I firmly believe that the continuous development of current operations should follow lean philosophy: producing customer value by fact based planning with participatory and systematic development. This is the best way create customer loyalty and thriving working environment.
