Experienced and rewarded business developer. My sharpest offering in this context is HR strategy, where I dare to say being one of Finland´s leading experts.
Companies are typically very technology oriented but my superpower is first to point out who uses the machines, software etc. - people - and then turn them to skilled and motivated employees.
My sales and marketing skills have once been rewarded by British American Tobacco being the best in the world so I believe having something to give there as well.
Careerwise my plan is to become at least semi-professional board member so therefore I completed the degree of Certified Board Member (HHJ) last fall. Currently I am developing my own company (Pleinert & Partner Finland) where we are dealing with above mentioned client challenges on a daily basis but my aim is to move more towards board work.
Therefore I am looking for a few companies which recognise the importance of people for their success. As a management consultant I have dealt with a variety of branches. In my past I have done decades of pro bono work so now I am looking for adequate compensation for my efforts.
