I am a technology industry executive with close to 10 years of P&L general management experience from mobile devices, telecommunications, software and IT services industries in addition to working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. I have a track record for leading successfully large business transformations and I am a recognised people leader with a strategic mind. I have held senior executive positions at Nokia and Tieto as well as I have been CEO of a mid-sized software company (SmartTrust). I have had P&L responsibility of global business units as well as led large functional units responsible for product development, sales & marketing and corporate strategy.
I have more than 10 years of experience from working as a non-executive director at several public and private companies in Canada, Finland and the UK in addition to doing board work on innovation and funding of new technologies at Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) and Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (Tekes). I am angel investor in IndoorAtlas (www.indooratlas.com) and NearMe Services (www.nearme.fi).
