About
Started to work in the late 90-s and joined my MA in Marketing and Advertisement in 2003, I was always solving customers’ daily problems by bringing to them high-quality added-value products.
List of the projects managed by me includes:
- the first and the most successful direct-sales and customer support department for one of the biggest ISP in Siberia, Russia (3,000 contracts per month; -50% of receivables; 85 employees);
- the first and still only the network of product testers and representatives (from 5 employees in 2008 to 30+ employees in 2013) in regions for the biggest Russian IT company Yandex (Nasdaq: YNDX);
- the whole international expansion for Yandex – from Kazakhstan in 2009 to Turkey in 2013. My duties have been related to product development and communication marketing.
Even competing with the strongest player in the world, which is Google, during these years Yandex was holding the stable market share in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus.
Having communication marketing managed by me as Head of International Marketing Projects, in 2011-2013, Yandex got 4% of market share in Turkey and moved Google from it’s 98%-position in 2011 to 90,5%-position in 2013.
- the first time-café in Finland which we’ve opened in 2013 by ten of Yandex’ employees and made a crowd-funded business with 34 owners from 8 countries.
- Miles Exchange, a marketplace for any bonuses of any loyalty program around the world.
By having this experience in my background, to my 28 years old I became as an experienced high-professional manager with strong knowledge in Marketing, Business Development and General Management.
