My leadership style is inspiring and engages all employees. It is built on the fact that all employees should have a holistic view about where the company is now and where it is going. Then all employees should participate to the company’s development by presenting their own views and contributing to its team improvement activities. Together we make sure that all energy is directed towards the same goal. Progress is followed up regularly and celebrated. Direction is adjusted and new objectives are set together. I have used this method both to develop sales growth, integrate companies and to restructure business, with success both in Sweden and abroad. My mentor is Björn Jilsén a famous management consultant and World Champion handball player.
