Pekko Nieminen

My strength is a broad work experience, during which I have had the opportunity to work in many different organizations in both the private and public sectors in Finland and abroad. This has prepared me to work as a mentor and board member. I own an inspiring and energetic way to challenge and mentor keeping the business point of view as a center point.

During my years of work in international business as well as a coach I have been trained to help people to discover their own strengths and development potential as leaders. I have also been building numerous compensation systems in several different organizations and it is my specialty.
