I would be interested in joining the Advisory Board or the Board of Directors to share my personal experiences from the corporate life and co-founding and/or leading SaaS-companies. As a fellow CEO I believe I would be an ideal sparring partner for many startup founders and CEOs.
My key advisory skills are SaaS-services, startup funding (+500k€ closed funding), HR-processes, mental welll-being and health, leadership and competence development, service business strategy, business model / service development as well as how to run and develop the service operations smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, I have skills and experience on structuring and negotiating M&A deals from several European countries and funding in the US and Nordics.
