I’m often asked how to develop businesses. It always different depending on what industry you are in, but the path is always the same. What is the most important thing is to understand that the product is a tool to get to market / consumer. This means that products that are %22the best %22 is completely uninteresting if they do not have a market to reach . Sometimes the product may be a little ahead of its time so that the market is not really ”mature%22 , but then you have to find parts in the product or brand that can attract the market. The other important thing is to know what the company wants to achieve them self.
By starting to %22scale up %22 and %22 scale down %22 you can get a picture of how the direction of one%27s company will look.
