Having balanced large corporate experience, while retaining my entrepreneurial interests - I’ve always received this question – How was it to work at Nokia, Microsoft, P&G, Tieto, and building startups?
My answer is – Entrepreneurship is an attitude and it can thrive in any setup! Probably because all of these involved great people and building teams. You need to understand customers, partners, suppliers, employees to succeed.
Outside IQM, I also live entrepreneurship life vicariously by investing in startups – 3DBear.io, Finders Seekers Oy, Exprs, Neosmart Health Oy.
I bring along with me a fantastic international network of senior business leaders, headhunters, large deal decision-makers, and great talent.
