I am an experienced senior manager in the investment management industry serving as a non-executive director on the board of directors in a number of fund companies across various asset classes and strategies and in multiple jurisdictions.
More than 10 years of international directorship experience.
Currently registered/authorized by financial regulators in Denmark, Luxembourg, Ireland, Guernsey and Cayman Islands.as a non-executive director.
Also work as freelance consultant for asset managers, private banks and institutional investors, and as an external associate professor in finance at the Copenhagen Business School.
Academic degrees and profesional charters/certificates: MSc (international business, Copenhagen Business School), MBA ( University of Geneva), EMBA (Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business) , CFA, CAIA, CIPM, Senior Management Program in Banking (Swiss Finance Institute), Board Governance and Strategy (Wharton Business School).
