About
I have served on the board of over 10 different companies. I have served on the audit committee, as well as holding the Chairman role for several companies. I have substantial experience in corporate turnarounds, M&A, and start-up companies. I led the consolidation of the U.S. Steel industry in early 2002 - 2005, as a founder of International Steel Group. We consolidated LTV Steel, Bethlehem Steel, and five other distressed steel companies and later sold the company to Arcelor Mittal. I am interested in getting back into a corporate role where I can utilize my background and experience to help companies grow.
